The Tomorrow Plan is a regional sustainability for Greater Des Moines that looked forward over the next 40 years from its publication in 2013.  It involved residents and local leaders in identifying visions and aspirations for the region, exploring potential scenarios for its future, and setting a preferred direction for sustainable future development.
